Shot in July 2009 in Austin, Texas. The shot captures the assembly of a 4th of July rogue parade through South Austin– the brain child of some “friends of friends” of mine. Rogue parades are technically illegal without a permit from the city, but this particular parade successfully trolled Austin’s South Congress Avenue without any legal trouble.
