Shot in March 2007 in Santa Monica, California. My sister and I were on top of Santa Monica Pier’s ferris wheel. While Californians probably consider this scene to be normal, I find it almost magical– a carnival over crashing waves, a beachy skyline in the foreground of a mountain range, cotton candy and surfers and fishermen.
